CBD Infused Fiesta Bacon Wrapped Chicken

All  you need to make CBD Infused Fiesta Bacon Wrapped Chicken is:

INGREDIENTS
•3-4 chicken breasts
•4oz cream cheese
•1/2 cup shredded cheese (I did Mexican shredded but you can do any kind of shredded cheese)
•1/4 cup diced of each: red peppers, green peppers, corn, jalapeño, Rotel tomatoes with green chilies, and red onion. (You can add or take out any) (You can also sauté all of this together before adding to the cream cheese)
•6 – 8 dashes of orange habanero and lime hot sauce (you can use any hot sauce)
•6-8 pieces of bacon (jalapeño or peppered bacon is great!)
300mg Iconic Remedies CBD Isolate

DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Use a mallet to pound chicken breasts to about 1/4in. thick.
2. Put cream cheese in a microwave for 30 seconds to soften.
3. Remove from microwave and add all remaining ingredients (including the CBD Isolate, except the bacon) to the cream cheese bowl. Stir well.
4. Divide the filling up so you have equal amounts for each and spoon it onto the flattened chicken breast.
5. Once each chicken breast has the filling layer down, pull one side of the breast to the other sealing it with toothpicks. It may not seal the whole way but that is ok!
6. Once you’ve used a few toothpicks to seal each breast shut place season the chicken (I used southwest chipotle seasoning and a jalapeño garlic seasoning).
7. Place the chicken breasts in a glass or metal pan with a thin layer of chicken broth on the bottom.
8. Cover with tin foil and bake 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake 10-15 more or until chicken is cooked.

**Mexican rice is a great side dish to serve with the chicken breasts.

Cannabidiol (CBD) extracts and isolates have numerous medicinal properties that help to treat a myriad of chronic conditions and improve overall health. The versatility of CBD is not limited to its many therapeutic applications; the uses of extracts and isolates are as vast as the ocean. Cooking with CBD offers limitless options to explore, from cookies to cocktails.

While cooking with cannabinoids may seem intimidating for beginners, it is quite simple. The most important thing to remember is that the temperature of cannabidiol has to remain below 350 degrees Fahrenheit. cooking with CBD above this point will cause it to evaporate, which renders it useless.

Cannabinoids require lipids to work, which means they are fat-soluble. Tinctures and oils already contain enough fat for CBD to dissolve; these products can be added directly to recipes without any additional preparation. CBD isolates, on the other hand, must first be infused into oils or fat-based ingredients, such as butter or coconut oil.

To prepare cannabidiol isolate for use in recipes, select the full-fat version of whatever the recipe calls for, whether it is butter or oil. Avoid using fat-free or low-fat options, as these will not be as effective. Use a double boiler to heat the oil or butter, then add the desired amount of isolate and stir. Allow the mixture to cool and proceed as the recipe directs.

As with all cannabinoid products, remember to start low and go slow. Gradually increase the amount of CBD in recipes to achieve the right dose.
